Maggie Dancigers

Maggie has trained over 800 hours of training in hatha, vinyasa, yin, mediation, breathwork, anatomy, assisting, arm balancing and inversion practices. These teachings were influenced by Rocket Vinyasa / Ashtanga (350 – YWC/AY), Integral / Jiva Mukti / Dharma / Ashtanga / Yin (300 – ABY), and Barkan (Hot) / Creative Sequencing / Yin (200 – ZHY) styles of yoga.
Maggie blends these styles along with influences from a personal practice into her classes. Maggie’s students enjoy breath focused movement and seated practices (breathwork / chanting), guided / unguided meditation practices, and nidra relaxation techniques in addition to creative or more traditional asana sequencing, depending on the class.
Maggie hopes to guide you into a flow state from which you can derive the full benefit of a physical yoga practice – supporting and preparing you for moving your practice further both on and off the mat.
